Why do you need my Birthday and Anniversary dates?
We will send you an e-mail postcard (if you don't have e-mail we'll use the US Postal Service), wishing you the best on your special day and give you 100 bonus points when you bring the postcard to dine in any of our establishments.
We have two cards, but the numbers are different.
All cards must have a different number, but spousal cards are linked together, so you can use both cards and the points accumulate in one account.
I was issued a new card and the number is different.
When a new card is issued to replace a lost/stolen/damaged card; the old number is canceled and the points are moved over to the new account number. This process takes 24 hours.
